Wolfe & Wyn® Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Order Processing

Dispatch days: Monday–Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

Cut-off time: Orders confirmed before 12:00 GMT are usually dispatched the same business day; later orders ship the next working day.

Order review: You will receive an order-confirmation email immediately after checkout and a second email with tracking details once your parcel leaves our studio.

¹ All prices in GBP. Delivery windows exclude processing time and UK public-holiday pauses. Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer transit.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-UK Customers)

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees once the shipment reaches your country.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility; Wolfe & Wyn® has no control over them.

Customs processing can add to stated delivery times.
4. Tracking Your Parcel
Every shipment is fully trackable. Tracking links become active once the carrier scans your parcel—usually within 24 hours of receiving your dispatch email.
5. Delivery Issues
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window:

Check the tracking link for the latest scan.

Confirm the delivery address on your order confirmation.

Look for a “while-you-were-out” card or check with neighbours/building reception.

Still no luck? Email us at sales@wolfeandwyn.com within 14 days of the dispatch date and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your Wolfe & Wyn® purchase, but if you change your mind we offer a full refund under the following conditions:

| Item condition | Unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. |
| Proof of purchase | Include your order number or packing slip. |
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, personalised or made-to-order pieces, and items sold as “Final Sale”.
How to return:

Email sales@wolfeandwyn.com with your order number to receive a Returns Authorization (RA) and instructions.

Pack your items securely; we recommend an insured, trackable service. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility except where goods are faulty.

On receipt and inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days and email you a confirmation.
Items returned outside the 14-day window or not in resalable condition will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
7. Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. Please follow the returns process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Wolfe & Wyn® crafts and packs every piece with care. If something isn’t right, email sales@wolfeandwyn.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description. We’ll make it right—either by replacement, repair or refund—at no cost to you.
