Every Wolfe & Wyn purchase should make you happy. Following the instructions below, we will gladly issue a refund if something isn't quite right.
1. The window for returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. After this time, returns are not eligible for a refund.
2. Items' state
Items need to be in resellable condition with all original tags still attached, unworn, unused, and unwashed.
You must try on bodysuits, swimwear and lingerie over your own knickers for hygienic reasons. Items with wear indicators might be rejected.
Jewellery that has been pierced cannot be returned.
3. How to go back
Original delivery fees are non-refundable, and returns are made at the customer's expense.
If a package is lost and no proof of postage is given, we might not be able to process your refund. Use a tracked service and save your proof of postage.
4. Handling your reimbursement
After your package arrives, give us 7–14 working days to inspect and process it.
An automated email will be sent to you as soon as your reimbursement is processed. The original payment method receives the money back.
Provide your order number and the specifics of the returned items to our Customer Care Team if you haven't heard back from us within a fair amount of time.
If any of the aforementioned requirements are not fulfilled, we retain the right to refuse a refund.
Transactions
Do you need a different style or size? To return the original item within the parameters of this policy, just place a new order for the item you desire.
International Returns & Customs
Wolfe & Wyn does not cover any customs fees; these are the customer's responsibility. To find out about possible fees, contact your local postal service.
We accept returns from overseas. We'll pay for the return if the item was damaged or defective. Postage, transportation, and any related import or customs charges are your responsibility for any other returns.
